Production time
Personalized keepsakes are made to order. Production normally takes 7–14 business days, depending on the product and current order volume. Complex handmade items may take longer.
Tracking and delivery
When your parcel leaves our studio, the tracking number is added to your order. Delivery time depends on the destination and local carrier service. Delays caused by customs, weather, or carrier issues are outside our direct control.
Returns, remakes and refunds
Our 30-day guarantee. Every keepsake is made to order from the photos you send us. If your piece arrives damaged, has a production error, or simply does not look like your pet, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will remake it or refund you in full.
Change of mind. Because each piece is personalised by hand for you, we cannot accept a return for a change of mind once production has started. You can cancel for a full refund at any time before production begins.
Damaged or incorrect item. Send us photos of the parcel and the product within 7 days of delivery and we will put it right — a remake or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
Your statutory rights. This policy is in addition to, and never replaces, the consumer rights you have under local law.
