Can I order without registering?
Yes. You can complete checkout as a guest using your name, phone number, country, city, and address.
Can I submit pet photos later?
Yes. Select “Submit later” when adding the item, or use the upload link on your order result page.
How do I find my order?
Open Track Order and enter the phone number and full name used at checkout.
Pet information
How many photos should I upload?
One clear photo is enough to begin. Up to three photos help the artist understand your pet better.
Which image formats are accepted?
JPG, PNG, and GIF files are accepted, up to 15MB per photo.
Do you send a preview?
We may send a preview for applicable custom products before production. The exact process depends on the keepsake type.
Shipping and materials
When will my order ship?
Most personalized orders are completed within 7–14 business days after the required pet information is received.
Will the finished piece look exactly like the photo?
Our artists capture the important features and character of your pet. Every handmade item has natural variations, so each keepsake is unique.
