How long until my figurine arrives?
Production takes 7–14 days, and free worldwide shipping usually takes another 7–14 days. You get a tracking number the moment it leaves our studio.
What if it doesn’t look like my pet?
We send you photos of the finished piece before it ships. If something is off, we fix it first. And if you are still not happy, tell us within 30 days and we will remake it or refund you in full.
What is it made of — is it plush or solid?
It is a solid, hand-painted figurine, not a plush toy. Every piece is 3D-sculpted from your photos, printed, sanded by hand, hand-painted and sealed with a protective glaze so it keeps its colour for years.
Can I change the pose or add details?
Yes. Leave a note with your order or email us with your order number before production starts. Collars, name tags, a favourite toy or a sitting pose are all possible — if we can see it in your photos, we can usually recreate it.
What photos should I upload?
1–3 clear, well-lit photos work best — a front view plus both sides. Avoid blurry, dark or heavily filtered shots. No photos handy right now? Order first and add them later from Track your order.
