By placing an order with GetMiniPet, you agree to the terms below. Please read them before submitting your personalized order.
Personalized products
Every GetMiniPet item is made to order from the photos and details you provide. Small variations in color, texture, expression and finish are part of the handmade process and are not considered defects.
Photos and artwork
You confirm that you have the right to use the photos you upload. We use them only to create your keepsake and communicate about your order. We may show completed work in our gallery only when permission is given.
Order approval
When a preview is provided, production begins after your approval. If we do not receive a response, we may contact you again before proceeding. Delays in approval may extend the delivery date.
Shipping and returns
Free shipping applies to orders over $29. Because each item is personalized, returns are accepted only for damage, a production error or a material difference from the approved preview. Contact us within 30 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.
